Junior Account Manager - Retail Leasing department

Accountabilities: 

• Source and develop new business opportunities in Antwerp and Flanders with focus on high streets and shopping centers 
• Target potential occupiers and organise active prospection campaigns 
• Actively manage a portfolio of retail units in Antwerp and Flanders 
• Marketing and leasing of (future) shopping centers 
• Manage major retailers active in Antwerp and Flanders 
• Prepare occupiers profiles, expansion and marketing strategies 
• Negotiate and prepare leases and sales with both international and national clients 
• Source deals to Capital Markets, provide input in Research and Marketing 
• Direct assistance and reporting to the Head of Retail Leasing department 
  

• High School/University degree 
• Experience in “business-to-business” and retail sector is an asset 
• Good knowledge of the commercial lease is a must 
• Fluent in Dutch, English and French 
• Good commercial, analytical and organisational skills 
• Being a good team player 
• Dynamic and motivated person with a special interest in the retail business
