Spare Parts Assistant à Ghent

Job description:

• Creation and maintenance of material master data, MRP data, equipment and spare part lists,
• Analyzing stocks and resupply in preparation/consolidation of an outage,
• Doc management for all spare parts related documents (drawings, reports,…),
• Creation and follow-up of purchase orders,
• Organizing incoming inspections for new/repaired parts,
• Contact with different stakeholders in preparation and consolidation of projects,
• Preparation/consolidation of outages: gathering parts, quality and quantity checks,
• Organizing transports,
• Set up of temporary warehouses and inventory for outages onsite,
• Follow-up of all dossiers for main processes purchasing, resupply and refurbishments,
• Responsible for all management of the capital parts (history, SAP movements, location management and identification, part flows),
• Inventory of critical parts,
• Close cooperation and synergy with the Logistics department.
