TotalEnergies is currently looking for a Junior Lead Buyer (m/f/x), to strengthen the Purchasing team in the Antwerp platform of the Petrochemicals & Refinery branch.
Your missions :
- You organise and control all purchase processes relating to your portfolio of materials (Electrical & Instrumentation) including overall strategies review, pre-qualifications, tender list development, issue tenders, analysis of tenders, contract and commercial negotiations and the preparation of contractual documentation up to finalisation.
- You liaise closely with the Company Category Manager to locally deploy the purchasing strategy and comply with Company requirements.
- You work with relevant internal technical stakeholders to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance.
- You organize Duets Meetings with internal stakeholders to pilot call for tenders and contract renewals and you prepare and present your recommendations to the Contract Committee (when required).
- You contribute to the saving program by delivery of costs savings without compromising the safety or the quality.
- You provide proactive and timely advice and support to internal and external stakeholders in all matters relating to Contracts Management & Procurement.
- You utilise approved standard contract documentation and ensure compliance with standard contracting principles during negotiations.
- You analyse and have a knowledge of internal and external costs and cost structures. You develop Cost Models, target costs.
- You have a master degree (or equivalent) in business engineering or economy.
- You have ability to challenge, negotiate, collaborate, communicate and interact with others stakeholders.
- You have the spirit of analysis and synthesis and you are committed to deliver results.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus.
- You have good skills in Excel.
