Description du poste

  • Leading the small team (2 FTE's) towards a professional, high quality and flexible IT product Life Cycle Management including business relationship management, project/business change delivery, professional and customer oriented application management and support to Daimler Truck BeLux, its customers and its business partners.
  • Responsible for setting up and executing application management and support in an appropriate work model (Scrum) aligned with ITIL based processes for the running software application environments operating in your area of responsibility
  • Responsible for the delivery, integration, security and automation of solutions, standards and process operation, as well as local application changes and maintenance function for obsolete software components and legacy solutions to ensure effective and reliable delivery of integration services
  • Identify and manage risk to remain compliant with Daimler's policies, requirements and security for running applications and interfaces within your area of responsibility

  • Master degree in computer science with a work experience of maximum 5 - 10 years. Candidates who are ready for a first managerial role are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and change management skills are an essential asset
  • Highly analytical
  • Consulting background able to drive strategic topics forward
  • Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure, vendor management, developing IT strategies and business plans
  • Comfortable in leading complex change projects with conflict potential
  • Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban) experience
  • Prince II (or other project management tool) certified
  • ITIL Practitioner
  • Experience within the automotive sector is nice to have
  • Experience with FOSS, DevOps, Could, API, IAM could be an asset
  • Trilingual Dutch - French - English
