More concretely, this translates into: The quick and efficient implementation of their contract and access The professional processing of each of their requests (telephone/mail) Their training in StepStone tools Personalized advice on how to optimize their ads and their use of the site Consumption and performance statistics Regular proactive contacts In other words, you will do everything to satisfy and retain your customers and will work in collaboration with a sales team.
