We have an exciting opportunity to join our global Human Resources team as an Associate Payroll Analyst based in Belgium. Essential Functions: - Ensures payroll is processed accurately and within prescribed timelines every month through liaison with the external Payroll service provider. - Act as a subject matter expert and/or resource to others in the area of payroll processing - Prepares analysis and completes payroll reports as required in accordance with local country legislation and requirements. - Ensures compliance with company policies. - Provides administrative support to the HR function. Gathers, compiles and maintains HR-related information and prepares various reports and documents - Advises on payroll related queries for employees and also internal and external audits. Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification  - Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years)  - Good command of English, French and Dutch What we offer: At PPD we hire the best, develop ourselves and each other, and recognise the power of being one team.
