Our sales department is currently on the lookout for dynamic and ambitious individuals to join the channel team. Being a channel account manager you will have the possibility to challenge yourself across a whole series of interdependent skills including, sales, business consulting, management, problem solving, and negotiation skills. Manage Odoo partners located in different countries (Europe and Africa) Establishing a long term relationship with your partner network Identify market opportunities Train, assist, develop partner network to grow their Odoo activity Qualify the end customer needs Demo the Odoo software to end clients Offer Odoo services and licenses matching their needs Negotiate pricing with Partners and customers and promote the right value proposition   As Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact of our different resellers. Our network of resellers include IT companies, Management consulting companies and teams of developers. You'll have daily calls with your partners to grow their revenue based on Odoo solutions and manage your customer portfolio. As their main contact person at Odoo, you'll assist them to get new deals and advise them on best practices regarding the methodology to follow for a successful implementation. You'll develop an expertise over the different business industries you will be in contact with. Your daily tasks are mainly done from our office in Auderghem.   Empower the existing Odoo partners’ network by providing them with your expertise on Odoo and your sales skills Train, assist and educate partners Enable partners to grow their Odoo activity through opportunity treatment and follow-ups Suggest Odoo services to solve partner prospects business pains Organize joint events with partners Create interest by providing quality demo's to companies   Must have Business Master degree Fluent in English + any European language 0 to 3 years technology sales experience Strong negotiation skills Solution-driven mindset Entrepreneurial attitude and high commitment level Work permit for Belgium   Nice to have Outstanding verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills Hunting spirit Persuasive with excellent negotiation skills Work Hard/ Play hard attitude Ability to perform in a fast-paced, competitive and dynamic environment Ability to speak any additional language (German is an asset) A full-time position with an attractive salary package (fix + commissions) Advanced training sessions: functional and sales training sessions An international and flexible company with offices Belgium, Luxembourg, San Francisco, New-York, India, Hong Kong Real responsibilities, challenges in a fast evolving company A fun and hard working environment where each employee has a chance to s...
