Circuit Foil Luxembourg offers the following position: Customer Technical Service Engineer (m/f/x) Work closely with Technical Service-, Quality-, Customer Care -, Production and R&D-Departments Developing long-term relationships with customers and deal with customer’s technical complaints/requests/products qualifications Analyse samples, communicate technical solutions, produce technical reports Making technical presentations & demonstrating how a product meets customer needs You have a master degree in microelectronics, electro-chemistry, materials sciences, physics or equivalent You are fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills (German will be an asset) Experience in Scanning Electron Microscopy as well as in analytical methods like Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy and Fourrier-Transformed Infra-Red Spectroscopy is welcome You are able to work under pressure to meet tight customer’s deadlines Knowledge in Printed Circuit Board and/or IC substrates manufacturing is welcome You are willing to travel Six sigma methods will be an advantage You have ability to build rela...
